1. NYC Emergency Management Training Certification of Large Residential Complex PROPERTY MANAGERs is urgently needed, and

2. COMPENSATION INCENTIVES OF Large Residential Complexes PROPERTY MANAGERS Need to Be TRANSPARENT So As TO "NOT INCENTIVIZE PROPERTY MANAGERS TO DISCRIMINATE In Their Service, Maintenance and Response TO RENT CONTROL and RENT STABILIZED TENANTS."

Reminder: 2324 Chelsea TA Courtyard Potluck

This meeting will be in person in the connecting courtyard!

The 2323 Chelsea Tenant Association normally meets on Zoom every first Monday (that would be May 6 in this case). Butwe will meet on May 13, 2024 at 6:30 pm for a Courtyard Potluck instead. In the spirit of a belated Cinco de Mayo, the TA will provide chips&salsa, chips&guacamole, and lime seltzer. Rain date will be May 20, 2024.
